Another CTO Challenge

My Colors: Green, White and Yellow plus a rainbow
My Project: "Good Luck" St. Patrick's Day card; mini leprechaun, rainbow, pot of gold
My "Recipe": Joy fold card; Paper Doll Dress Up cartridge(leprechaun 2 in. & pot o' gold 3 in.); Best Creation Inc. St. Patrick's Day pattern paper; DCWV Grade School Stack striped paper
